After some research in the computer lab, we learned what many processed food ingredients were. These ingredients were in the food labels we collected a few weeks back. We learned that popular processed foods are often very complicated, containing chemical names we find hard to pronounce! To help share what we learned outside of the classroom, we "became" our researched ingredient.
